Official Rules: Harvest 2017 Photo Contest

The 2017 Tyson Local Grain Services photo contest begins on October 11 at 12:00:01 p.m. CT and ends on October 25, 2017 at 5:00:00 p.m. CT.

Eligibility: The Photo Contest is open to all Tyson Foods Local Grain Services vendors. Employees, their immediate family members, and those entities associated with the development, distribution or implementation of this Photo Contest are not eligible to participate.  

Entry Method: During the Photo Contest Entry Period, an eligible person can enter photo(s) directly to (1) LocalGrainServices@tyson.com, or (2) directly message (DM) the photo to Tyson LGS on the Tyson LGS Facebook group. To be a valid entry, all entry posts must:

• Include the entrant’s first and last name.
• Include where the entrant is from.
• Include a short description of the photo.
• Be original, and feature no identifiable brands, logos, names, copyrighted works or other creative works or designs, unless owned by the entrant. 
• Not be offensive or disparaging or infringing on any rights of others, and be in good taste and appropriate for the Facebook audience. Photos deemed inappropriate by Tyson LGS for any reason will not enter the contest; and
• Comply with all Facebook, as applicable, Terms of Service and Rules and these Official Rules. 

Winner Selection

• Prize details: A Tyson LGS gift bundle: 4 Tyson LGS hats and 2 branded 30 oz. Ozark Trail tumblers.
• Contest dates: Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 12:00:01 p.m. CT and ends on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 5:00:00 p.m. CT.
• How winner will be chosen: Winner will be selected on Thursday, October 26, 2017 after entries have closed.
• When and how winner will be contacted: Winner will be contacted through their entry method on October 26, 2017 at 8:00:00 a.m. CT. 
• How many days winner has to claim prize: Winner has until 1:00:00 p.m. CT on October 30, 2017 to claim prize.
• When and where winner will be announced to everyone else: Once winner has claimed prize, he/she will be announced on our Tyson LGS Facebook group. Join here to access all the other photo entries. 

License Grant: Entering this Photo Contest constitutes entrant’s full agreement to give Tyson Local Grain Services a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the Entry Post in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including without limitation by re-posting an Entry Post for promotional or marketing purposes or otherwise using it in connection with Tyson LGS' social media accounts. Entrant also grants a waiver and full release relating to the Entry Posts, including without limitation waiving rights of publicity or privacy of entrant. By entering, you warrant and represent that you are the sole and exclusive owner of the Entry Post and all components thereof and that the same will not infringe on any rights of any third parties, and you further agree that your Entry Post and all components thereof conforms to these Official Rules.
